APPEsat™ is a naturally sourced fibre complex from seaweed, clinically proven to make you feel fuller, helping you to eat less and lose weight. How does APPEsat™ work?
The active ingredient in APPEsat™ has been developed to be resistant to stomach acid and sit on top of gastric juices for many hours. Taken before food, it works by stimulating hunger ‘sensors’ in the stomach wall, which then send a signal to the brain informing it that the stomach is full.’ Doctors believe that feeling full (satiation) is an essential factor in any diet for successful weight reduction. Because APPEsat™ is active in your stomach before, during and after you eat, it significantly increases the number of ‘stomach full’ messages your brain receives - allowing you to feel full for much longer.
When do I take APPEsat™ ?
Take APPEsat™ at least 30 minutes before meals. Do not take more than nine tablets of APPEsat™ a day.
What is APPEsat™ made from?
APPEsat™ contains a fiber complex extracted from carefully harvested oceanic seaweed.
Can I use APPEsat™ if I am vegetarian?
Yes. APPEsat™ is suitable for vegetarians.
Is APPEsat™ safe?
APPEsat™ has an established safety profile, and is approved for sale in the UK when used in accordance with the instructions.
Is APPEsat™ allergy free?
APPEsat™ is free from gluten, nuts and shellfish, and has no artificial flavours or preservatives. When taking APPEsat™, make sure you are drinking at least 250ml of water before each meal.
APPEsat™ is not a meal replacement and should not be taken by people with a BMI below 18.5.

For delivery outside the UK, the charge is £6.95.
If you would like to return an item, for whatever reason, within 30 days of receipt, simply go to 'return an item' in 'my account' section (you will need to be logged in). In the relevant order box, click on the link "Return goods". Simply fill out the details of the goods you are returning and what replacements you would like.
If you cannot see the link it will mean that the returns period of 30 days has expired. Unfortunately we cannot accept a return more than 30 days after you have received the item unless the item is faulty. If your item is faulty and more than 30 days have passed, please contact us 0808 124 0006.
Once you have submitted the form, click on the print button to print the returns label, fold it along the dotted lines and insert it into the document wallet on the front of your original packaging so that the Goldshield address can clearly be seen. Reseal the document wallet using tape. If you don't have the document wallet any longer, just stick a piece of clear plastic over the returns label, so that our address can clearly be seen and the returns label can be easily removed when it arrives.
You may send the parcel back to us by Royal Mail or any courier of your choice. However please note that it is your responsibility to make sure it reaches us. We suggest that you send it by some form of insured delivery to cover the cost if it gets lost in transit.
